Actually I scold myself when i play computer games now... I try to limit myself to posting on this site being my only non-email computer based activity. I think computer games are so... passive. It's just like getting high or something, you learn absolutely nothing and achieve absolutley nothing except for in a little made up electrical universe which ultimately amounts to nothing.
The streets outside your window overflooded
People staring they know you've been broken
Repeatedly reminded by the looks on their faces
Ignore them tonight and you'll be alright
We'll cast some light and you'll be alright

Basically, I just really enjoy using the money cheat over and over again, and then I build amazing Sim houses. That is my favorite part.

All I like are PC games, And Gareth, if you think games are passive, there are ways to change it...
If you'll read my Idea in the link in my signature and vote for me then you will see there are ways to make good stuff out of games...

I think that the best overall game that I've actually played is Deus Ex. THe gameplay involvement, map size, weapon selection, and graphics for that year, and intelligent theoretical philosophy were overall the best combination that has not been sucessfully replicated in the majority of other games to date.

I also admit I've been playing World of Warcraft on Rob's account.
It's not a bad game, and I do enjoy killing things sometimes. Only thing about games like that is that they're boring to play alone

Have faded away
Just try not to worry,
You'll see them someday,
Take what you need,
And be on your way and
Stop crying your heart out

I"ve kinda been trying Storm Rise (RTS) and it's a intresting concept for controlling an RTS (Think Red Alert and command and conquer) but I'm not sure it was executed properly so the game is alot harder than it needs to be...
