Matt, I don't know how many times I got home bleeding after I had a training.. (although in 95% of the cases I had to blame myself )..

It amazes me to hear that girls (and guys) in things like dance or gymnastics will be pushed so far to bleed or injure themselves, and this is considered normal?
I don't think I'd want my daughter (if I had one) in gymnastics
