[Robulosity]

With the new release of the The Secret Society we will be handling user releated problems & questions differently.

Going forward, the new way is to use the "Bug Tracker"  which is available here
Each area of the site will have it's own area within the Bug Tracker (Arcade, SSF.Mail, Forum, Blog, Gallery)


So lets say you have a problem with the Forum  and want to report it or get help with it.

1) Click Bug Tracker
2) Select the Area of the site your having problems with (In this case Forum Support)
3) Click "Start new Issue"

From here you'll be brought to something that looks fairly like the other area's of the site.  You do not need to set Severity or Status this is more for me and the other Admin's to deal with just make sure version is set to Current.  I've added a screenshot for you to look at to see roughly what it should look like.

You'll also notice it can take attachments, so if you take a screenshot of your error (which is helpful) You can always include it here.





If you are having problems with another MEMBER do not use this system to report the problem, please click the "report" button at the bottom of the post, message or topic. This will send this to our Admin & Site Support Groups for review, unfortuntately due to privacy we can't always tell you what the outcome of such will be but we can assure you the issue will be reviewed and actioned as needed
