So the supreme court has decided that Walmart was jusified in it's decision to close it's store in Jonquière, Que.
Walmart claims the decision to close has nothing to do with the fact that the employees had become unionized shortly before the closure.

Walmart threatens their employees, saying if they unionize they'll lay people off or close the store. I should know, I worked at Walmart while I was in high school and people were talking about unionizing then...
