Honestly, unless I am posting a new topic, I just use the "view new content" button.
It does get a little overwhelming for new folks at times, trying to figure out what forum to post appropriate posts in, I think.

we need to get rid of the fan club forums... the site should stay away from having area's dedicated to a specific member , other wise we to be fair would need to create one for each member.. 400 of them or more gets to be a bit insane

Well sites are always fluid, always need to be tweaked to keep things fresh.. But Kewl site from what i've gone through.. :-)
