I get this error when I try to link my account to facebook

[#1005] An error occurred while attempting to authorize this Facebook Connect action

It usually means there was an issue with Facebook Authorizing the connection it happens from time to time or where countries do not permit sharing of data due to privacy laws. I'd say try again from another browser or just from the same one another day.


You may wish to sign into facebook first as well, than try linking it (Facebook open in One Tab, and SSF in another)

My facebook connect thing won't update

For some it does not auto-update, why I'm not sure logs are not showing much.. if you go to My Settings > Forums > Facebook connect you can sync it there

We've both tried that. I doesn't work. I doesn't give any errors or anything. It simply just doesn't update

Really wish Rob would turn off auto-queuing on some of these topics.. There's really not a ton I can do to fix it, it requires there to be activity on certain area's of the site other wise the php scripts dont run
