If you find that people cannot leave you a comment or view your friends from your profile page it is because the setting is not enabled
To change this setting you can either go to this URL
http://forums.secret...rcp&tab=members
or in the top left corner of the site, click the arrow beside your name and select "My Settings" and select Profile
