As you may or may not have noticed, we currently do not have a moderating staff.
This is because we are planning on revamping the site, and with it, our staff.
From now on, we will let YOU the members decide who you want to represent you. This is your chance to recognize each others hard work and give everyone a chance to have a chance at being a member of our staff.
The election will be open to all members, regardless of activity or length of membership.
Remember though, that the more active you are, the more likely people will vote you as deserving of a staff position.
We are currently looking for members to fill our moderator positions.
We may also look to staff management positions based on the poll results.
The top 5 nominees will be granted a 4 month term, in which they will serve as moderators on the site.
The nominee with the highest number of votes will be promoted to a super moderator and will be in charge delegating responsibility and monitoring the other moderators, ensuring they are performing their duties (being prompt, efficient and fair).
Once the 4 month term is completed, another election will be held. The moderators can either choose to run again, or step down.
There will be no limit to the number of terms a moderator can run.
Again, please not that members who are elected as moderators may also be eligible for further advancement as our management staff if that is something that interests them.
