Although this is something I have considered there are other core framework changes that need to be done before it can be allowed safely and abuse prevented
- More detailed notification selections
- Flood Control
- SMS Gateway Software/scripting
- Verification of various regulations behind this
- Ensuring our members do not endure additional costs on their cellular bills
