How can you make that perfect boss your job. What would they be like?

Almost every day when I go into work and open the store, I find somewhere a little note that says something like, "Good morning, Fred! We love you! Have a great day!"

How many of you leave notes like that for your boss?

I have never received any note of THAT kind.

It is HIGHLY improbable that I would ever leave a note like that for my current boss.

I can write three books about my boss. She is just there making some phonecalls and using her facebook and slagging everyone off when she is not pleased while the blame is to her or someone else in the management. Or when she is busy, she hungs up the phone. Dang, when I work overtime without getting paid extra and want to finish a.s.a.p. and tell her I am really busy she gives me hell.

Funny thing is that I don't give a turd about her nor her random outbursts.

i'm still fairly new into my job...but my bosses do seem okay...time will tell though!!!

A perfect boss would treat you like an equal. There are few bosses like that out there

my immediate bosses are great!!!...we're supposed to meet targets and aim to be the highest in the workplace...but my bosses are happy as long as we stay in the middle...lol

and...they're easy to talk to...listen to you...and go out their way to help when needed...so i'm a happy camper at the mo!!!

I'm my own boss now.  I must say, it was FANTASTIC dumping the old one.  I only wish the biggest failure in business for him.  And a nursing home in his old age where the fat, ugly, mean nurse only changes his diaper once a week.

I work with this nurse who is my superior. She is such a bitch. She makes my life hell and is so mean the the patients we care for

I love my bosses! They are always very fair in what they do, and they are a lot of fun. Even Linda, our general manager is known to have a little fun when she has a break from bitching around the staff.

I love my boss. I have worked with her almost every day for over 13 years. We mostly get along.

However, that's only because  I have an understanding that she's a raging bitch at times, and just let her be. I am less than pleased with her right now, I'll just say that much.
