Our goal is to provide "VIP" Members a 99.5% Uptime agreement. Schedualed downtime is not included in the .5% downtime. This translated to an allowable amount of downtime that is not planned based on the number of days in a month

29 days - 692.5 Uptime hours commited (696 Total, only accounts no leap years)
30 days - 716.4 Uptime hours commited (720 hours total)
31 days - 740.3 Uptime hours commited (744 hours total)
